German Chocolate OOOey GOOOey Butter Cake

1 box German Chocolate Cake mix
1 c. butter, melted and divided (1 stick each)
1 egg
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz) box confectioners sugar
1 c. sweetened flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
*Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 13x9 pan. In large bowl combine mix and 1/2 of butter and egg. Beat low until combined. Press evenly into bottom of pan and set aside. In a large bowl beat cream cheese at medium speed until creamy. Beat in 2 eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Add melted butter beating at low. Stir in pecans and coconut. Pour over cake mix layer. Bake for 45 min. Center should remain slightly gooey. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Carrot Salad

1/2 c. golden raisins soaked in pineapple or apple juice overnight
1 lb. carrots, shredded
splash of lemon juice
pineapple chunks cut small
- Dressing: 1/4 c. mayo, 1/4 c. sour cream, 3 T. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt

Crock Pot Corn by Geneva Irby:
1 1/2 c. (16 oz) frozen corn
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 T. sugar
salt & pepper to taste
*Cook in crock pot slowly 2-4 hours
