1 lb. carrots, shredded
splash of lemon juice
pineapple chunks cut small
- Dressing: 1/4 c. mayo, 1/4 c. sour cream, 3 T. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt

O I CAN'T WAIT TO TRY THIS GREAT SALAD......I LOVE CARROT RAISIN . THIS IS A LOT DIFFERANT THAN ANY I HAVE EVER TASTED, ALL THE EXTRA GOODIES ADDED WILL REALLY DRESS IT UP !!!!
